I’m giving a 5 Star rating for my experience at Raymour & Flanagan solely due to the salesperson, JADE CURRIER who was there to guide me through this process. Jade listened & paid attention to the type, color & structured sofa I wanted along with helping pick out the right cream color, fabric & even options to change the legs with various wood shapes & color. Her suggestions for the throw pillows included with the sofa as far as which design to choose that look best were so helpful. After the paperwork for purchasing the sofa was filled out I asked Jade if I could meet her manager to let that person know what a great experience I had but unfortunately the manager wasn’t around at that moment so I opted to writing a review. Jade also followed up with a phone call in letting me know about when my sofa would be arriving which is very much appreciated. I wanted Raymour & Flanigan’s Carle Place store along with Corporate Headquarters to know what an asset Jade Currier is to their corporation and team in being professional, knowledgeable, caring and very thorough in explaining everything including the platinum protection plan. Thank you again Jade.

Cathy was very patience with us looking for a new mattress and sofa / loveseat. Very professional And although new to R&F was honest and not pushy in making a sale. She need help from Carlos but was a plus to your staff.

I have received NO information about the delivery of my mattress, after two weeks of the payment being debit from my credit card!

Great support by salesperson that gave me space to shop and time to make my decision. Very comfortable shopping. Customer Service was also extremely pleasant. Had great help in getting my item in the car to transport home.

Good customer service! Was greeted by a sales person upon entering the store, but was left alone to shop. Sales person was readily available when I wanted to make a purchase.

Great experience on my first visit to the new Raymour and Flanigan store in Rockaway New Jersey. The sales person was very helpful and went out of his way to have a piece of furniture brought over to a couch I wanted to purchase to make sure that it coordinated. The whole process was simple And the sales person gave me his cell number in the event there was any problems.
